Hi, I’m Alisa and I am so excited that you are here. I have provided some additional information about me below.

My Story

I am a certified HR professional (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) who enjoys partnering with employees, leaders and other individuals which I have had the pleasure of doing for over 20 years in various HR roles.

I began my HR career working with college students with job placement, resume writing and interview skills while in college.

Since then, I have spent over 20 years working in several Human Resources roles with multi-site responsibilities for large organizations. In area, regional, and divisional HR leadership roles, I have had the pleasure of working with many individuals in HR and beyond which I have always enjoyed.

In addition to my HR background, I am also a Certified Personal and Executive Coach. I am also the author of “90 New Employee Orientation Ideas for Human Resources Professionals” and “Successful Mentoring in HR”.

I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Masters of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from National Louis University in Chicago. I received my coaching certification from the Coaching and Positive Psychology (CaPP) Institute.

I especially enjoy the opportunity to combine my HR experience and coaching background to assist others in achieving their goals.
